I want to determine how much, or how little one should make in an average grading cycle. ![]() It should be self-evident that grading time should matter, but in order to show how much it matters, I decided to break things down into grading cycles. It is the latter that is more important currently though with pricing getting more competitive across the companies. That fails to take into account two big factors: grading costs and grading time. One could easily look at the chart and see that PSA is the highest and move on. In doing so, I came up with a chart of multipliers by grade and company. Last week, I took a look at the pricing of 9s and 9.5s.
